The service

FurryChart helps you collect, organize, and share your pet’s health records. We are not a veterinary provider and don’t give medical advice. Always confirm care decisions with your vet.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you’re the owner or an authorized caregiver of the pets you add, and that the information you provide and the releases you sign are accurate.

Accuracy

Records come from clinics and from you. We help you review them, but facilities make their own decisions about what they accept.

Early access

FurryChart is in early testing. Features may change, and the service is provided as is during this period.
